I'm Michelle Chessler, and after three decades as a corporate executive, I've seen exactly how hiring works from the other side of the desk. I've managed every phase of the hiring process, from screening resumes to final salary negotiations. And, I earned my Certified Career Service Provider (CCSP) certification while serving as a Career Advisor at CU Boulder (go Buffs!) and helped hundreds of students tackle their job search.
My mission is to empower students and recent grads to bridge the gap between graduation and their first big role and provide them with expert tools, strategies, and personalized coaching to tackle their career journey with confidence.

While universities offer valuable career resources, my service provides a personalized, one-on-one partnership. I take away the variable of the student having to take the first intimidating step into a campus office, ensuring they have a nationally certified expert by their side to guide them every step of the way.

There’s no locked-in contract or obligation. When you need an appointment, simply book with me. I typically meet over video, but can meet in person too in the Boulder area.
Advisory rate
$100 for a 60-minute appointment
$75 for offline resume or cover letter review
